Cypher is a community located along the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River in north eastern Bedford County about 15 minutes from Everett, Pennsylvania. The Cypher area is rich in local history and miles of beautiful scenery that make this rural central Pennsylvania area a perfect home and destination for recreationist and sightseers.

This website has been created to preserve local history and allow visitors and residents from the area to share thier stories from the past and present! The Broad Top Railroad train trussel (1861-1863) spans across the Juniata River in the heart of Cypher. This is one of the areas well known landmarks and is a popular area for fishing, camping, and boat launching
